Data deletion
Tallero data deletion
Last updated:
This page explains how to delete the data Tallero uses. Tallero has no user accounts, so there is no account to remove, and Codedge does not store Tallero data on its own servers.
1. Data held by Codedge
Codedge does not run Tallero accounts or store Tallero app data on its servers. Your settings, base and target currencies, starred and recently used currencies, currency metadata and cached rates stay on your device. Entered amounts and a small technical error log last only for the current session. These app data are not sent to Codedge.
2. Delete data on your device
Open Tallero, go to Settings and use the Delete data controls to remove the stored content. You can also clear Tallero app data in device settings or, for the web app, clear Tallero site data in your browser. Data deleted this way cannot be restored by Tallero.
3. Advertising identifiers
In the Android app Google Mobile Ads processes device and advertising identifiers as described in the privacy policy. Those records are held by Google, not by Codedge, so Codedge cannot delete them directly. Where Ad privacy options appear in Tallero settings, you can change or withdraw your ad consent. You can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID in device settings. These steps do not erase data Google already holds; for rights over Google's data, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Requests and support email
If you wrote to contatti.codedge@gmail.com, Codedge keeps your email address, message and ordinary email metadata only to answer you and deletes them within twelve months of the last exchange unless the law requires a longer period. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, write to the same address; requests are answered within the time set by applicable law, generally one month.
